Can anyone download and install it on their own domain?

Yes. Requirements: Apache (rewrite enabled), PHP, MySQL/MariaDB.

Does the download include support tickets?

Yes. Clients can open tickets; admins can reply and close tickets.

Is paypal@talktoai.org where my customers pay me?

No — that’s for ZBilling licensing only. You set your own payment destination inside the app (Merchant PayPal email) for your clients.

Why does social preview sometimes show no image?

Some platforms cache previews. This site uses an absolute OG image URL; you may need to re-scrape when you change images.

Where are the images stored?

Marketing site images: /zbilling/assets/img. App images: /public/assets/img.
