Use the public support email to report output that appears unsafe, abusive, misleading, privacy-invasive, or seriously incorrect. This page does not submit a report by itself and does not operate a ticketing system.

Useful evidence

Whether this happened in ZERO ONE, OpenZero, or another TalkToAI surface.
Date, time, and timezone, plus the app and model version if visible.
A short description of what happened and what you expected instead.
The smallest safe prompt and output excerpt needed to understand the problem.
A redacted screenshot when wording or layout matters.

Do not include secrets

Passwords, API tokens, session cookies, private keys, or recovery codes.
Confidential documents, complete chat histories, or data you cannot lawfully share.
Unnecessary personal data, full local file paths, or unredacted account details.
Live malware samples or executable attachments.
